• Kindly respond to all events by May 23rd, 2025.

We politely request an adult-only celebration, with the exception of children in our immediate families and friends. We’re so grateful for your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

  • Airport
Portland International Airport (PDX) is the closest airport.

The venue and recommended accommodation are approximately 1 hour east of PDX via rental car or ride share.

    Where to Stay
For our adventurous guests, we’ve reserved glamping tents right on site — think cozy beds, twinkle lights, and waking up to nature. For those who prefer a little more comfort (and a roof!) nearby lodges and cabins offer a relaxed stay just a short drive away. Whether you’re glamping under the stars or unwinding in a forest lodge, we look forward to seeing you!

    • Columbia Gorge Getaways
      (for the adventurers)

UPDATE: Bell tents are fully booked. Campsites are still available.

      Campsites:
Pitch your tent in the protective shadow of towering Douglas fir evergreens and fall asleep to nature’s soothing orchestra. Clean and spacious shared bathrooms with flushing toilets, trash bins, and showers are located within steps of every site.

      Bell Tents (Fully Booked):
There are a limited number of bell tents available at the venue. Each tent is 314 sq. ft. atop a large Douglas Fir platform deck and has a memory foam Queen Sized bed with 4 pillows. All bedding and additional amenities have been carefully planned and provided, along with full power for charging electronics. Please note: There are communal restrooms with flushing toilets and hot water for taking showers.

    • Skamania Lodge
      (for the comfort seekers)
We recommend Skamania Lodge to experience the stunning beauty of the Gorge. A resort inspired by local culture and nature outfitted with modern amenities and spacious rooms in an iconic location. Please note: Guests are responsible for booking their own accommodations at the lodge or nearby hotels. We recommend reserving early, as availability may be limited due to the season and our forest location!

    • Guests are also welcome to book their own stay nearby.

  • Wine Garden at Stave & Stone
    Friday, 5pm - 8pm

Join us in Stave & Stone’s beautiful Wine Garden — an outdoor oasis of flowers, plants, and views, located behind the main tasting room and right next to the lavender farm. The space is family-friendly with plenty of room to mingle, relax, and enjoy the evening.

The main grounds and lavender farm close at 6:00 PM, so if you’d like extra time to explore the estate and take in the scenery, we recommend arriving a bit earlier.

It’s about a 40-minute drive from Carson so please plan your travel accordingly. Light bites and a selection of local wines will be offered throughout the evening so feel free to arrive at your own pace.

  • Summer Cocktail Attire
Think polished and comfortable. Flowy dresses, lightweight suits, and shoes made for forest paths.

We’ll be outdoors, so breathable fabrics and block heels or flats are your best friend (no stilettos or flip-flops, please!)
